Do you imagine screen-printing your own artwork on a product? Do you like to play with pattern? This two half day workshop is certainly the course for you! In this workshop artist/lecturer Kay van Bellen will introduce you to a range of analogue image making techniques for silkscreen printing. Using your own design ideas you will interpret your images into a two-color screen print on a tote bag to take away with you. Plus various paper experiments! Please bring along any inspirational starting points: drawings, tear sheets, and photographs you may have for inspiration. We can then discuss the possibility of how they can be developed for screen-printing. Beginner’s welcome! All materials provided including drinks and biscuits.
